All dance classes, private lessons, and training sessions involve physical movement and carry a risk of injury. By participating, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your physical condition and ability to participate safely.
You agree to participate at your own risk and release Casey stackles, Slow Grooves, and any affiliated studios or partners from liability for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during or after participation.
2. Medical Responsibility
You confirm that you are physically able to participate in dance and movement-based activities. Please consult a medical professional before participating if you have any health conditions, injuries, or concerns.
3. payments + refund policy
All purchases are final. No refunds are offered for missed classes, private lessons, subscriptions, or digital content unless otherwise stated.
Private lessons and in-person classes must be used within the agreed timeframe. Subscription-based services renew automatically unless canceled by the user.
4. cancellations + scheduling
Private sessions and in-person bookings are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions without refunds or extensions.
Online class subscriptions may be canceled at any time through your account dashboard. Access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
5. online classes + digital content
Access to online classes, recordings, and digital content is for personal use only. Content may not be shared, redistributed, recorded, or resold in any form.
Live class links are sent only to registered participants and may not be forwarded.
6. conduct + community guidelines
You agree to maintain respectful behavior in all classes, sessions, and online spaces. Disruptive, inappropriate, or harmful behavior may result in removal from sessions without refund. my classes and private sessions are a safe space for all - We honor peace, love, unity and respect!!
7. media release
By attending in-person or online sessions, you grant permission for photos or videos captured during class to be used for promotional and educational purposes unless you notify us prior to the session.
8. website use
All content on this website is owned by Slow Grooves and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
