Private Lesson Policy
By purchasing a private lesson, or package, you’re agreeing to the terms below.
1.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Private lessons must be rescheduled or cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid a fee.
Changes made less than 48 hours before a lesson will incur an additional studio fee. This fee varies based on the rate of the room booked for that session and will be shared with you at the time of the change.
No-shows are treated the same as a late cancellation and are subject to the studio fee.
2.
Package Validity
The 4-lesson package must be completed within 45 days of your first scheduled lesson.
Lessons not used within this window are forfeited and non-refundable. If a delay is caused by a scheduling conflict on my end, that time won't count against your window. If something comes up on your end, reach out before the window closes — extensions are considered case-by-case.
